Meet Your Host & Guide: Jacob Nordby

Jacob Nordby, author of The Creative Cure and other books, is also the founder of the Institute for Creative Living and offers 1:1 intuitive guidance sessions, group workshops, and retreats. A student of trauma research, neuroscience, and depth psychology, he brings a wealth of personal experience to this work.

Jacob will teach the opening session of this series and act as host for each of the other teachers.

 Susan Wolfe – Herbalist

Susan Wolfe is a Clinical Herbalist with 25 years experience. She is trained in Western Herbalism, Ayurvedic Herbalism, and Green/Wisewoman Herbalism. Having lived for many years with Anxiety, C-PTSD, and Chronic Pain and Fatigue, she is eager to share what she has learned about how to heal with the safe and effective use of herbs, supplements, and lifestyle changes. She is passionate about helping everyone bring forth their best self into the world.
 

Paul David Shea – Somatic Movement

Paul has been a practitioner, student and teacher of the Asian healing and contemplative movement arts for the past 30 years. He is a practitioner of Oriental Bodywork Therapy specializing in Shiatsu, Thai and acupressure and is an enthusiast of herbal medicine. In addition, Paul is also an internationally registered Somatic Movement Therapist, certified in SomaSoul Somatic Expressive therapy and Shake Your Soul: The yoga of dance. He presently has a private bodywork and teaching practice in the greater Plymouth area and is the cofounder of Breathing Lotus Living Arts.
 

HeatherAsh Amara – Daily Embodiment

Best-selling author, mentor, land steward, and philanthropist, HeatherAsh Amara has spent the last three decades weaving together earth-based wisdom, mindfulness, and practical strategies for creative, courageous, and compassionate individual and community change. She is the author of 9 books, including the bestselling Warrior Goddess Training series and The Seven Secrets of Happy and Healthy Relationships with don Miguel Ruiz Jr.

We seek to keep enrollment prices modest to make this accessible to as many as possible. With that in mind, we do not offer refunds – but you will have full access to the video replays with all session materials for 12 months after this series has ended.
