The Goddess Garden is a serene retreat center located on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, nestled in the lush rainforest near the beach. It’s an ideal destination for yoga retreats, spiritual workshops, and personal rejuvenation. The center features comfortable accommodations, a large open-air yoga platform, a meditation temple, and a saltwater pool.

The Goddess Garden Retreat Center is nestled among towering jungle trees, tracing the path of a small creek. Just steps away lies the oldest and most awe-inspiring tree in Cahuita. Its massive roots, standing as tall as a person, evoke a sense of wonder—it’s truly a natural temple. This serene environment invites you to immerse yourself in yoga and meditation.
The spiritual center at Goddess Garden spans two floors, offering an almost 360-degree view of the surrounding rainforest. It’s designed to foster a deep connection with nature during your practice.
Costa Rica, a peaceful country that abolished its military years ago, is deeply committed to environmental stewardship. This makes it an ideal setting for yoga and meditation, where the focus on peace and harmony aligns perfectly with the country’s ethos.

In the weeks just before the retreat begins, we will invite all participants to join for preparatory Zoom gatherings. During these sessions, we will cover logistical details, cover the specific itinerary, and get to know you. We want to learn more about your needs, intentions, and desires to make this a meaningful, transformational experience.

Lisa Campion is an author, Psychic Counselor, Spiritual Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher with over 30 years of experience. She specializes in training emerging psychics, empaths and healers so that they can fully step into their gifts, since the world needs all the healers that it can get!
Lisa started working as a psychic when she was just 19 years old and has conducted well over 15,000 individual sessions. She has been teaching Reiki for over 25 years and has trained thousands of people in Reiki and other energy medicine modalities. She offers online Reiki and psychic development courses and is dedicated to helping people open up their own psychic and healing gifts with ease and grace.

A speaker, creative guide, and entrepreneur, he is the co-founder of the Institute for Creative Living and Heal + Create. He has produced and taught transformational retreats for over ten years.

Flora Bowley (pronounced bowl-lee) is an internationally celebrated painter, author of four books, and visionary guide known for her innovative and embodied approach to intuitive art-making and her signature blend of life-art practices.
Flora’s work is rooted in the belief that creativity belongs to all people and that creative expression opens channels for more aliveness and connected ways of being in our ever-changing world.
Currently, Flora is stewarding a 20-acre retreat center an hour outside of Portland, OR where you can find her singing to trees, making music playlists, and creating a beautiful mess in her studio.

The retreat takes place in Cahuita, Costa Rica. We will arrange for a central pickup time and location on arrival day to shuttle as many as possible at one time. If your arrival time doesn’t correspond with this rendezvous, we will provide specific instructions for making the trip from airport to retreat center.
The Goddess Garden is mostly accessible for a variety of ability levels. Should you experience severe mobility issues, please contact us so that we can ensure this experience can accommodate you comfortably.
The Goddess Garden offers a wide variety of delicious fresh food with an emphasis on vegetarian and pescatarian dishes. If you have severe food allergies or other concerns, please discuss with our staff prior to enrolling.

Our program is designed to meet you at your level of experience. You are free to participate to your level of comfort – with gentle encouragement to stretch beyond previous limitations, but you are never forced or shamed into any activity.
